Manager and Supervisor Workshops

4 hours duration

Managers and supervisors lead your team on a daily basis but do they know how to maintain a respectful workplace?

Discuss and workshop content from the Original Workshop PLUS;

Is it possible to make tough decisions, manage and/or be assertive without negative outcomes?
How do you contribute to and achieve a psychologically safe workplace?
How do you encourage and support your staff to contribute to and achieve a psychologically safe workplace?
Better understand and know how to meet your legislative compliance requirements
- What are psychosocial hazards and risks and what are your responsibilities in this area?
- What might constitute a hostile work environment?
- What does a ‘lower threshold for sexual harassment’ actually mean for your workplace?

Fees

All group training sessions are costed at $428.00 per hour (+ GST).

Course tailoring and resources are included in hourly fee however travel and accommodation fees (when necessary) may apply.

DISC ADVANCED® assessments also incur a per person assessment fee.
