Words often become an issue when they are attached to the concept of 'political correctness'; that concept itself is then verbalised with invisible air inverted commas " ".

Respect needs trust, trust needs respect and personal integrity should be at the forefront.

Mentally Healthy Workplaces
I struggle to understand how little regard some workers have for others — compassion really shouldn't be difficult.

There is NO time in any element of management, where it is ok to sacrifice your duty of care to your staff.

There is no easy fix, one size fits all branded initiative to carry this to the next stage - the next stage is within the organisation and takes work and commitment.

In our personal friendship groups we can choose who we spend time with but what about in our professional lives?
